Welcome to Astroknock! We're here to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Sometimes, though, things don't go as planned. This policy explains how returns and refunds work on our website, https://astroknock.com.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- We (referred to as either, “The Company” "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Astroknock, based in 7095 Hollywood Blvd Ste 344, Los Angeles, CA 90028, United States.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to the site accessible from https://astroknock.com.
- Goods refer to the physical items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Please note: All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and original packaging.
What if my product is damaged/wrong?
Our team does proper quality checks on every order that ships. If you have still received a damaged or wrong product, drop us an email at: team@astroknock.com. You will be informed about the next steps accordingly.
Note: Please pack the product in the same condition as you have received it.
Kindly make a product-unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. Please note that the video should be free of any cuts or edits from start to finish.
What are the cases in which I can return an item?
You can return an item for the following reasons:
- Received a damaged product.
- Received the wrong/mislabeled product.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/replaced?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If a request is initiated after 14 days of delivery of an order.
- If you have entered the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout.
- If ordered the wrong size/color.
- If the item is in worn condition or has marks on it.
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
- The serial number has been defaced.
- The product is intentionally damaged, ripped, or destroyed.
- Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
- Any other reasons which are not covered under the cases in the previous section. For example, "I placed an order for the wrong product", "Product is no longer required", “I don’t like the product”, etc.
How long will it take for the return process to complete?
We will make sure that the return process is smooth and fast. As we receive your product for a return, we will process your return within seven (7) working days after a thorough inspection of your return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges for different sizes/colors. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at team@astroknock.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at team@astroknock.com with your concern and the product unboxing video to obtain the return approval, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by the customer support team in the following format:

Please note:
DISCLAIMER: THE COMPANY HAS A DEDICATED TEAM THAT WILL CHECK THE RETURNED PRODUCTS AND THEIR DECISION ON YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FINAL TO ACCEPT OR REJECT. WE MAY REJECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN WHAT WAS VISIBLE IN THE UNBOXING VIDEO OR IF FOUND THE PRODUCT IS TO BE USED OR TAMPERED WITH. IF A RETURNED PRODUCT IS REJECTED, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER, AND THE CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PRODUCT SHIPPED BACK TO THEM AT THEIR OWN COST.
RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS
Before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you refuse delivery and if possible click some photos of the packaging and send it over to us so that we can take further action. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS
- We reserve the right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
- We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or exchange, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
- The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through the conditions mentioned above. If the product fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that You used while making the purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days after intimation by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
At Astroknock, we strive to offer a streamlined shopping experience for our valued customers. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped/dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back to your original payment method. If we have already shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders successfully, there may be certain circumstances that could lead us to cancel an order. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Unavailability of Product/Service: In the event that a product or service becomes unavailable or out of stock after you have placed your order, we may need to cancel your order. We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises and provide any applicable refund or alternative options.
- Non-compliance with Terms of Service: If we determine that an order violates our Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity: If we have reason to believe that an order is associated with fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment information, we may cancel the order for the protection of our customers and our business.
In the event that we need to cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly using the contact information provided during the order placement process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that You used while making the purchase
REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No Refunds
Astroknock offers a range of digital products, all of which are classified as "digital content" under applicable law. Owing to the inherent nature of digital products, which can be downloaded, copied, and utilized instantly after purchase, we do not provide refunds or credits for any purchases made on our website. All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product is purchased by you, there is no entitlement to cancellation or refund due to the immediate delivery nature of these digital goods. Your purchase of any digital product from Astroknock constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to this no-refund policy.
Final Sale
All digital products available on our website, once delivered via download, are considered final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products. We encourage you to thoroughly review all available information about a product and make use of any previews or demos provided before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary cases, Astroknock may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits. These exceptional circumstances might include, but are not limited to, situations where the product is not as described, experiences file corruption, or has significant defects hindering basic functionality. Issuing a refund under such conditions is entirely at Astroknock's discretion and will necessitate a comprehensive explanation and evidence of the issue from the user.
Technical Issues
Should you face difficulties downloading a digital product that you have purchased, we urge you to contact us immediately at team@astroknock.com. If your download issue stems from a technical problem on our end, we will strive to rectify the matter promptly. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or an exchange for another product of equivalent value.
CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY
Astroknock reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated policy on this website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
